Debut single coming soon!

Annie Whittingham is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and composer. She is part of the collective of musicians who co-own CowChow Records, a musician led and owned label. She will be releasing her debut single, "Float Me Back Down", soon on Cowchow. Her debut album will be released later in 2021.

The album is being co-produced by Steve Lovell, CowChow Records, (Julian Cope, Blur, James, Morten Harket) and will be mastered by Steve Power (Diana Ross, Robbie Williams). Annie is recording it mostly in her home studio. She plays most of the instrumentation herself and combines electronic and acoustic elements.

Rachel Love (Spelt, ex Dolly Mixture) and Simon Adams who are fellow label mates, will both appear on the album with Rachel contributing strings and some backing vocals and Simon playing some live drums and percussion. As well as producing the album, Steve Lovell is going to be playing some keys.

When Annie is not singing, playing instruments or recording and arranging tracks at home, on her lap top, she loves to wander outside in nature. She is lucky enough to live on the South East coast of England, in Brighton, close to the sea and the South Downs National Park. She is partial to an occasional slice of cheesecake and the odd game of chess.
